At Swaddelini, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is unworn and in its original packaging, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
